Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will actively take part in developing and implementing the products and industrial solutions sales strategy to ensure sustained growth in your region. You will be called upon to determine, select and exploit new control business opportunities, primarily with OEMs and panels.

- Stimulate sales growth by creating relationships with new prospects and by developing strategies
- In particularly, seek to surpass client expectations and act with a sense of urgency
- Identify, qualify, exploit and maintain a volume of business opportunities sufficient to reach organizational objectives regarding orders and targets
- Efficiently anticipate and evaluate the needs of the client to provide productive consultations
- Supervise strategic account analyses with the team in an effort to develop action plans
- Design and prepare business proposals;
- Maintain a specific sales volume in the Customer Relationship Management System (and/or other internal systems) and create forecasts and gap closing measures
- Remain abreast of industry changes and, if possible, obtain membership to industrial and professional associations while continuously seeking to improve sales techniques and knowledge
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of prior sales experience in product control for the industrial and commercial expansion sectors
- Knowledge of control products for MCC drives and motion motors, as well as capture and security devices
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in engineering, or in a technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of French (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
