Description
This job is responsible for the completion of assigned complex and/or long term projects on time and within budget.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifies and communicates any schedule and budget risks
- Develop project plans and budgets for all assigned projects
- Directs close-out of completed jobs including the receipt of all required documentation
- Reviews the status of each project and implements changes as necessary
- Works cooperatively with district, region, and corporate teams to integrate and administer all activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conducts site-walks and pre-bid questions and answers
- Communicates project status with customers and resolves any conflicts or issues that arise
- Coordinates and monitors work with the Service Providers and other disciplines that have an interface with all trade
- Maintains reports and files in project tracking system with complete accuracy
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience:5+ years
