Description
Employees in this role are accountable to deliver OK completion wells starting from initial frac through CT drill out, tubing installation, and first sales. This includes planning, costing, scheduling, and execution. This position is accountable for delivering wells within budget, on time, and in the safest possible manner.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Acts as Project Manager for completion well planning, costing, scheduling, execution, and final well review of all OK wells
- Assists in developing the annual Completion and Well Completions Capital budget.
- Develops detailed completion well plan
- Prepares and provides all well information in order to obtain regulatory permits
- Performs tender and selection process for all completion and completions services
- Analyzes offset and competitor data and trends in order to improve completion and completion performance
- Performs engineering studies as required to improve completion and completion performance
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- Bachelor's - Engineering
- Experience:3+ years
