Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers with product performance, troubleshooting, selection and layouts.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers in order to facility the specification and sale of the relevant products, including guidance on application, performance, troubleshooting, competitiveness, sales and pricing of product and services.
- Perform Acoustic Analysis using relevant equipment data, project drawings and design parameters from customer.
- Provide customers with Noise Control product schedules and specifications.
- Assist Application Engineering team as required with customer requests and projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, customer service and sales on projects.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in an accredited Mechanical Engineering or Technologist Program.
- An understanding and inclination for mechanical and building systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Previous experience in Noise Control or HVAC industry is considered an asset.
