AECOM has great opportunities for Electricians that would support non-hazardous OCONUS and CONUS activities, with the possibility of deployments lasting 3 to 6 months at a time. Selected candidates will follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes; interpret, explain and apply building codes, rules and regulations involved in assigned maintenance activities; use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps; advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous; maintain records and submit in a timely manner; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools; diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem; connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components; inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes; test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system; plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes and other duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have an Active TS Clearance.
- Associates (AA) or equivalent from two year college or technical school.
- 10+ years related experience and / o training.
- Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Tourist passport before start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- CI or FS Poly preferred.
- OCONUS experience preferred.
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred.
- Electrical Master's License preferred.
- NFPA 70 Training preferred.
- First Aid Training preferred.
- Current, valid U.S. passport preferred.
