PJM Senior Vice President Nora C. Swimm Joins the Forum of Executive Women

PJM Interconnection Senior Vice President of Corporate Client Services Nora C. Swimm joins The Forum of Executive Women, a distinguished organization of women leaders in the Greater Philadelphia area. Swimm serves on PJM's executive team and leads the company's initiatives to advance diversity and inclusion.

"I am excited to be a part of such a strong network of leaders who are dedicated to driving positive change in the region and increasing leadership positions for women," said Swimm. "The Forum shares many of the same values as PJM and will provide a great opportunity to share my experience and learn new ideas I can bring back to our company."

The mission of The Forum of Executive Women is to encourage action to increase inclusion in
the region through its members. Recent initiatives include sponsoring a Pennsylvania House of
Representatives resolution requiring employers in Pennsylvania to have a minimum of 30
percent women serving as board directors by Dec. 31, 2020.

Swimm joined PJM in 2001 and is responsible for all human resources-related business, strategic initiatives, centralized business services and is head of Corporate Communications. She was instrumental in creating new information architecture and infrastructure at PJM.

Previous to PJM, Swimm held management positions in information technology at General Electric Aerospace where she worked with the manufacturing and finance divisions on applications for strategic GE Aerospace initiatives. In addition, she was IT director for US Human Health Managed Care, leading and developing projects aimed at supporting its Customer Contract Management Business.

Swimm earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, with minors in business administration and mathematics from Villanova University where she also earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
